Botox

Chemical Peels
Nurse Yalda adds a chemical solution to your scar tissue to remove the top layer of skin and lessen the appearance of underlying scars. Mild and medium peels can be repeated to maintain results and are a wonderful acne scar treatment. However, only one deep peel is allowed. For darker skin tones, you may experience changes in skin color are a potential adverse effect, particularly when intense peels are applied on dark skin.
Microneedling with PRP/PRF
A needle-studded device is rolled over the skin to encourage collagen synthesis in the underlying tissue by your aesthetic provider. It's a simple, safe, and successful method for treating acne scarring. It has a low risk of skin discoloration. The results are minimal, which means you may require more treatments. Then platelet-rich plasma is massaged into the superficial wounds to reduce acne scars and brighten your complexion.
Dermal fillers
Dermal fillers are used to fill in depressed areas of acne scars or to increase the skin's natural collagen synthesis. Hyaluronic acid (including Restylane and Juvederm), polymethyl methacrylate microspheres with collagen (Bellafill), poly-L-lactic acid (Sculptra), and autologous fat transfer (in which fat is extracted from the patient and injected into the acne scars) are all options for fillers. The only FDA-approved filler for acne scars is Bellafill, a long-lasting and efficient filler. However, there may be better options.
Dermabrasion
Typically, this technique is reserved for more extensive scarring. Your aesthetic provider removes the outermost layer of skin using a revolving brush or another device. Scars on the skin's surface may be eliminated, while deeper acne scars may become less apparent. Possible severe adverse effects include scarring and skin color changes.
Laser Skin Resurfacing
This method is gaining popularity and is typically performed on scars formerly treated with dermabrasion. People with darker skin tones or a family history of keloids are at a greater risk of experiencing side effects, such as bruising, swelling, and possible skin discoloration.
